Jacinta Silva
Director
Jacinta practiced as a qualified nurse for almost 20 years, with a Master’s Degree in Mental Health. Jacinta is a very competent, motivated and experienced nurse, with a long professional record with roles in community based settings and primary care, working with service users with highly complex needs. She progressed her career further within the private sector carrying out managerial roles, being acknowledged and achieving awards for the high standard of her team's performance. It was the high standard of care, her support to all members of her team, and most importantly her ambition to deliver the best possible nursing care to everyone that lead her to success. Jacinta's vast experience as a registered nurse and management roles are at the core of Jacinta's vision for We Care, a vision which will provide a positive impact on the improvement of the quality of the daily living of service users, their representatives and the team of staff.
Tiago Moreira
Director
Tiago is a qualified nurse with over 20 years experience within the Health and Social Care sector. During is career Tiago has delivered care in a variety of settings, from hospital to community based roles, working with service users with highly complex needs. Since 2012, his main roles have been within the private health and social care industry, where he progressed his career to senior management level. With a passion for care, he held a lead role in the commissioning of several care services, which have lead Tiago to dream of founding a company where his values and standards are at the forefront, delivering the highest standard of nursing care to his service users. His commitment to these high standard, his respect and empathy for both the people under his care as well as the people he worked with, enabled him to achieve very positive outcomes over the last decade, and it is these standards that have been the foundation of We Care.
